Lazy B is a three bedroom two bath home with a loft. It also has a bunk house with a bathroom. It sleeps 22 people and is perfect for your Frio River getaway. With a stone walkway down to the river with a patio and steps into the river this property offers the best water frontage in Concan. The house offers an open concept kitchen and living area with two dining areas. Just outside is a covered porch with seating and a swing bed. A deck that looks out over the gorgeous Frio that is great for sunning or just relaxing after a long day on the river. There is horseshoes and plenty of space for cornhole or other outside games. This home comes with all you would need for cooking with a fully furnished kitchen and a large bbq pit outside and double fryer.

  We had a great stay, prefect location right on the river. House held plenty of people, the kids enjoyed the bunkhouse, adults enjoyed having a nice kitchen and grill outside. Satellite TV was nice to watch our favorite team play baseball after dark. Would definitely recommend anybody who wants to spend time on the Frio.

  The river was great!!!! The house was mostly excellent. The walls in the bathrooms did have a little mold. Guessing it’s due to the moisture level. The back patio had mold growing on the ceiling appears someone splashed on the ceiling. Other than that it was wonderful.
